I work for an independent school and we have been using Safe Travel VIP on many occasions this year. The feedback from all users have been wonderful and we even have parents requesting that we use them following the service they previously received. The service has been excellent so has the communication. This has been true for all step from booking to dropping. As a school it has been amazing to be also keep informed of delayed and confirming of the service users departure. Someq user even described this as the equivalent of travelling 1st class.
