What services can I book with Safe Travels VIP?
We are proud to tailor our services to your exact requirements. Whether you need a simple pick-up and drop-off at an airport or a complex itinerary of travel for a corporate client, we can provide the solution you need.
How do I make a booking?
Please complete the booking form at the foot of this page. Once we have reviewed your request, we will contact you to collect a 50% deposit which secures your booking.

What facilities do Safe Travels VIP vehicles provide?
You can enjoy free wifi, climate control and USB charging facilities for phones and computer devices in the vehicle. All of these are provided free of charge.
Can I eat and drink during my journey?
We provide bottled water free of charge and you are welcome to enjoy your own cold food and snacks, but we ask that you do not bring hot food or alcohol into the vehicle with you.
Please note also that smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle at any time.
Do you provide chauffeur services only in North Wales?
Our service operates right across the UK to and from any destination. Popular pick-up and drop-off points include Manchester Airport, Liverpool Airport, East Midlands Airport as well as Liverpool Port and the cities of Birmingham and London, but we are able to travel anywhere in the country.
We are based in Llandudno, north Wales, and all of our journeys start from here so distant pick-up points will be subject to a charge based on the number of miles from Llandudno.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer or debit/credit card (including Amex) in advance, as well as cash and debit/credit cards at the time of commencing your journey. Please note we do not accept cheques.
Should I tip the chauffeur?
Our drivers do not expect a tip but if you feel their service has been particularly outstanding and wish to tip them directly, your gesture will be very much appreciated. The driver will keep 100% of the tip you give; we do not make any deductions from gratuities.
What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?
No problem at all! Please contact us to let us know the changes and we will make the necessary adjustments to your booking. If there are any additional charges we will let you know before billing them to the card you have supplied.
If you need to cancel your booking, please give us at least five days notice and we will gladly refund your full booking amount. For each day that passes after that date, we charge 20% of the booking value (eg. if you only give two days’ notice of cancellation, we will charge three lots of 20% of the booking value, that is 60%).
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover your travel plans so that you can reclaim the cost of any cancellation from your insurer.
